Method on site
Tenancy and landlord coordination
We start by reviewing the tenancy / fit-out manual and the existing landlord drawings. Permit-to-work, hot work and after-hours access requirements are sequenced before any tool goes on site.
Single-line and load calculation
For fit-outs that change the connected load — kitchens, server rooms, HVAC — we prepare a load schedule against the existing DB rating, and confirm whether a sub-DB or busbar tap-off is needed.
Installation under licensed supervision
Conduit, cable tray, busbar, DB modification and termination are carried out by licensed electrical workers. Where the works require an EMA-licensed Electrical Worker of specific class for the connected load, we deploy or coordinate the right class for the scope.
Testing, commissioning and handover
Insulation resistance, polarity, earth continuity and RCD trip tests for new circuits. CCTV / IP / intercom systems are commissioned with the end-user. We hand over an as-built point schedule and a test record.
