Method on site
Site visit and load assessment
We confirm the existing DB capacity, incoming supply rating, and what the new load will add. For HDB flats this includes a check against the unit feed; for condos we coordinate with the MCST or managing agent. For landed homes we check the main intake and earthing arrangement.
Scope and quotation
We send a written scope listing the points of work, type of accessories, cable runs and reinstatement requirements (chasing, plastering, painting touch-up where applicable). The quote is itemised so each line can be cut or kept by the owner.
Licensed electrical works on site
Carried out by a licensed electrical worker. New circuits are tested for insulation resistance, polarity and earth continuity before energising. Any work that involves new wiring, rewiring or extension of an installation requires the work to be carried out by a licensed electrical worker per EMA requirements.
Testing and handover
On completion we test each point, log the readings, and demonstrate the works to the owner. For HDB / condo, we leave the unit tidy, with cable routes labelled where useful.
Materials and devices we use
- MCB / RCBO / RCCB devices from established brands (Schneider, Hager, ABB, Legrand)
- PVC and metallic conduit, trunking and casing-and-capping
- Single-core PVC and multi-core cables sized to load
- Local-standard accessories (sockets, switches, isolators) compliant with SS / IEC ratings
- Smart switch and dimmer modules where requested
Deliverables to the client
- Itemised quotation and final invoice
- Photo record before / during / after where relevant
- Test readings (insulation resistance, polarity, earth continuity) for new circuits
- Operating notes for smart devices or new appliances
