Method on site

01

Load schedule and single-line

We work from the event brief — stage power, F&B power, lighting power, audio power — and build a load schedule. The single-line shows source, changeover, DB and final circuit protection.

02

Venue and authority coordination

Venue, mall management, MCST or event organiser sign off the deployment plan. Any high-load source (generator, busbar tap, sub-DB) is agreed with the venue electrician.

03

Install, test, energise

Cables run on safe paths, junction boxes raised off wet ground, all final circuits protected by RCBO. Insulation, polarity and earth continuity tested before show goes live.

04

Show monitoring and dismantle

During show hours we monitor load and respond to faults. After the show, dismantle and make good — the venue is reinstated to the agreed condition.

Materials and devices we use

  • Event-grade temporary DBs with RCBO protection
  • Industrial CEEform connectors and rubberised flexible cabling
  • Generator changeover switches sized to load
  • Cable ramps and matting for crowd safety zones
  • IP-rated junction boxes for outdoor and wet-area events

Deliverables to the client

  • Event single-line drawing
  • Load schedule and DB labelling diagram
  • Test record before energisation
  • On-show standby contact and response time commitment
  • Dismantle photos confirming reinstatement
